Let's face it, we all love beating on our trucks regardless of the cost in the end. Blitzkrieg Motorsports has designed a tie rod kit that will address a common problem found on the front of Chevy trucks. This new system is currently available for '99-'06 HD and Hummer H2 4WD models as well as '99-'02 2WD Silverado models. After replacing a number of factory tie rods on previous project vehicles we visited Blitzkrieg for a closer look.

The fabricated center section can be custom made to fit your aftermarket suspension system. The kit shown here is for a stock-width Chevy HD. As if looks alone didn't convince you of the strength of this setup, it includes a 3/4-inch inner Heim joint, 7/8-inch outer Heim, machined inner clevis with adapter bolt, Tig welded, uses 1 1/2- x .120-wall 4130 tube and has a head-treated 4140 spindle adapter pin. No drilling of the spindles is required. The spindle adapter pin is not included or needed in the 2WD kit. | The install was a piece of... The install was a piece of cake.
