T-Bilt Super Duty Fabrication's latest front winch bumper has been fabricated to fit on all 2001-2008 Ford Super Duty trucks. Designed to accommodate a Warn 12,000-pound winch and four off road lights in a compact, strong, and durable package, each bumper is fabricated from 2-inch,120-wall chrome moly tubing, with 0.25-inch thick plate steel and a 0.375-inch aluminum skid plate. To absorb the torque and vertical flex often associated with high capacity, heavy duty winch bumpers, a patent-pending adjustable heim-jointed turnbuckle support system is incorporated into the bumper for the ultimate in durability and performance. Best of all, the bumper can be installed with the factory front bumper still on the vehicle or with the factory unit removed for a more aggressive appearance.
