Powertank Nitrogen Shock Kit - Charging Your Own Rebuilable Shocks
With the inflator hooked onto the end of the shock, the regulator's knob should be opened up and you should hear no leaks if everything is tightened properly. The brass knob on the inflator should be opened up slowly and you should start seeing pressure build on the inflator's liquid-filled gauge.
