One of the major points of the install process is the removal of the transfer case. Here is ours shown on a work bench having just received the new Pro Comp Index Ring. In order to keep all of the factory systems working properly, Pro Comp needed to design a system that would keep the truck thinking it was still running a stock suspension. The transfer case to transmission mounting surfaces needed to be indexed and rotated to assure the truck would work properly at its new ride height.
