On our tire durometer, we got a measurement of about 58 with the tires being brand-new. That is actually on the softer side of rubber hardness for tires, but the owner has reported back to us that the tires are wearing beautifully anyway. One thing to note is that rubber hardness will change with the temperature of the tire, how old the tire is, and what the ambient temperature is.
