Twenty bolts tie the three-piece wheel together. The bolts should be tightened in a crisscross pattern, a little at a time, until all three pieces of the wheel are almost sandwiched together. Then the bolts should be torqued to 100 lb-ft with a torque wrench, not an impact gun.
