15. With the load centered and tied down, I adjusted the distribution hitch's torsion bars. The tension required is just enough to restore the tow vehicle's frame/bumper height. If the trailer load is severe, I may load the rear bumper of the tow vehicle slightly more, lowering the bumper height a bit.
