Federal Mogul's Sealed Power Hypereutectic pistons are one of the best ways to add power and reliability to an engine. The forged pistons are flat-top in design with reliefs machined into their top for valve clearance, and will increase the compression ratio when installed on older engines that originally used dished-top pistons. Typically, expect a two-point increase in compression ratio just with the installation of the Sealed Power pistons.
