Off Road Hardware New Products Flowmaster Dodge Exhaust

ATS Arc-Flow Intake
The ATS Arc-Flow's smooth, non restrictive air flow design increases intake efficiency, air velocity and eliminates air turbulence, increasing throttle response, horsepower, torque and fuel economy. The Arc Flow has been dyno-tested and proven to provide gains of up to 15 hp and 30 ft-lb of torque. The shrouded backside of Arc-Flow and top intake section have been pre-tapped for easy, clean, gauge, water injection (like the ATS Water Boy system) and nitrous-injection installation. The ATS Arc-Flow system is not compatible with 12-valve Dodge's '94 through '98 with antilock brake system (Hydroboost Brake Applications), or California trucks equipped with an EGR system.

ATS Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold
Diesel engines can be looked at as a large air pump. Evacuating hot exhaust gasses is just as important as in-taking cold fresh air. ATS's exclusive PulseFlow Exhaust Manifolds feature larger-than-stock ports to improve the volume of air from the block to the inlet of the turbocharger. The turbo will spool more quickly with decreased backpressure and lower exhaust gas temperatures. ATS' multi-piece design is part of the secret for expanded life and performance. A patented ball-flange design joins manifold sections to eliminate shrinking/cracking/gasket issues typically seen with OEM units due to heating/cooling. Turbo spool time is improved while providing cooler EGTs and minimized backpressure. A proprietary thermal ceramic coating retains heat and blocks moisture, and the manifold ships ready to install with predrilled EGT sensor probe port.

True Flow Toyota Intakes
Looks like there is another hot intake system available for you '07-'08 Toyota Tundra and Toyota Sequoia owners with the 5.7L engine. True Flow has taken a unique approach to develop an intake system with ultra high flow, aggressive sound and extreme looks. True Flow removes the stock air box and tubing that connects to the throttle body and replaces them with a smooth tube, silicone couplers and a high flow aluminum canister with a massive 5-inch inlet and outlet. Finally, after extensive research on a flow bench, they changed the direction of the air filter so that the air flows from inside-out of the filter. True Flow calls it "inverted air flow technology." This revolutionary change increases the air flow by more than 50 percent and increases power by up to 27 hp and up to 62 ft-lb of torque.

Edelbrock Shorty Headers
Edelbrock delivers a cost-effective performance boost with their Shorty headers for Jeep applications. Edelbrock's Tri-Y design headers, available for '91-'06 4.0L Jeep vehicles, bolt directly to the factory exhaust system - no cutting or welding required. Using 1 1/2-inch diameter, mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel primary tubes, extra-thick 1/2-inch thick laser-cut port flange, and heavy-duty collector flange these headers improve performance and durability on and off the trail. Available with the Ti-Tech coating finish for heat stability to 1,600 degrees or ceramic coated for thermal protection. At higher temperatures the Ti-Tech coating will flux, becoming harder and more abrasion resistant for a cost effective, long-lasting finish.

Bully Dog Injection Molded Intakes
The engineers at Bully Dog have designed an intake like no other. While sucking in cool air, most intakes immediately heat up the air before it makes its way into the engine. The new Bully Dog Injection Molded systems are made using a highly durable and adaptable cross-link polyethylene material. This material features excellent insulating properties that insulate the unit from external and engine heat. The design of the new injection molded intakes pull cool air from sources within the engine bay. Once the air is in the intake box the laminar design and shape of the box promotes the most efficient flow to the filter. Combined, all of these properties increase horsepower, torque, throttle response and can improve fuel economy. The new intakes feature an easy to remove lid allowing access to the life time and cleanable air filter.

Borla's New Jeep Systems
Borla Performance Industries has a grand heritage with Jeep cat-back exhausts and headers. The performance is legendary and the durability is just what these recreation vehicles need. If you live in areas with severe weather, a Jeep could be your everyday driver. Borla has introduced a pair of impressive exhaust rear sections for both the four-door and two-door '07-'08 Wranglers. The rear-sections connect to the factory mid-pipe. Choose from the split rear dual system (PN11755) or the single exit (PN11754). Both systems increase power, decrease weight, include handsome polished stainless steel tips and add durability to the adventurous Jeep Wrangler.

K&N High-Flow Chevy Kits
K&N tells us that its new High-Flow Intake System for the '07-'08 Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500 6.6L Duramax LMM, (part no. 63-3066), increases horsepower by 19.67 at 2900 rpm over the stock GM intake configuration. To achieve such a performance increase, K&N replaces the truck's original intake assembly; including the air box, air filter and intake tube with an all-new intake design. The new system draws air through a K&N High-Flow Air Filter that increases airflow and dirt capacity. Protecting the oversize cone-shaped air filter and isolating it from engine heat is a powdercoated heat shield that replaces the truck's stock air box. As it passes the filter, air travels through a K&N roto-molded polyethylene tube that is formed and shaped, in the design phase, to drive a more laminar flow of air to the truck's diesel engine.
