Banks Engineering '06 Dodge Mega Cab Exhaust System
Banks Engineering's newest exhaust system has been designed for the new '06 Dodge Mega Cab. The complete system is available in two configurations for the Cummins diesel engine: one with a single muffler or the Banks-exclusive Diesel Duals. The bolt-on after-cat system features mandrel-bent, stainless steel, 4-inch constant-diameter tubing for smooth flow and corrosion resistance. The dual muffler system has been engineered to accommodate the spare tire, shocks, and brake lines without interference.Once installed, backpressure is reduced by 60 percent over stock, and the outflow of the muffler is increased by 74 percent over stock. This increase in performance results in lower exhaust-gas temperatures and prolonged engine life.
