The 1.5-inch-diameter, 0.095-inch-wall 4130 chrome-moly chassis of the '07 Yamaha Rhino 660 has been covered with custom-fabricated metal body panels that are easily removed for maintenance and access. For the areas where it was just not feasible to use metal components and reduce weight, Magnum Offroad fabricated its own line of fiberglass hoods and fenders to give the Rhino that full-on race appearance.
