Poison Spyder Customs - The Raspberryb Bruiser

Poison Spyder Customs' New Powerhouse

By Wendy Frazier

 Poison Spyder Customs Down

Swoon and gasp. This raspberry rig is a sight for only those who can truly appreciate the bravura detail. In all sense of the word rig, this full-flown-from-raw-metal custom vehicular off-road machine was built to tantalize the eyes and shake it up. The boys at Poison Spyder Customs hooked the buggy up with an intense drivetrain, capable suspension, and just plain hot - right out of the inferno - surface details.

Picture this. You pull up to your favorite 'wheeling spot. A few of your friends are already there, along with a couple of new rigs and some duct-taped primer/rust camo rigs. Another nothing-sticks-out kind of 'wheeling day. You pan across the scene again and on a nearby obstacle, this comet comes creeping down the rock. You think, "Whoa, what's that?" Of course, you have to go find out more. We're there, too - gotcha' covered.

This 105-inch-wheelbase, two-seat partial-Jeep/ partial-buggy PSC Bruiser-chassised rig was built in four months by Poison Spyder Customs in Englewood, Colorado, for Clifton Slay, a pizza man from Cali' nick-named Fast Delivery (the rig goes by the same moniker). Although the buggy can deliver pizza, you'd probably rather toss it in the air, shred sand, or maybe burn up an obstacle. We caught up with Fast Delivery for a couple of feature photos. See for yourself.
