Retaining the factory road feel can be challenging with the added height and girth of a truck this size. This truck relies on the exact alignment of the Custom Motorsports kit combined with a compliment of chrome-moly reinforcements. Chrome-moly tie-rods are connected to Heim joints. The original steering geometry was retained using a drop-down kit to connect the necessary parts. Dual Bilstein shocks double as steering dampers to keep steering just like a Caddy, a one-handed adventure.
Inside the Chevy, Brandon is surrounded by a plethora of electronic entities. The layout is organized around a Sony CDX-M870 head unit. Every high-end speaker in the Rockford catalog make up the 1,700-watt audio portion of the virtual studio. A total of three LCD screens make up the visual display. Just as plush as an old Convertible Caddy, the factory leather seats promote comfort while playing the PS2 or watching a DVD. All the comforts of home are provided by the guys from Sounds Plus in Redlands, California.
