Man, we would really love to tell you about all the fullsize trucks and prerunners we saw out in Moab, Utah, this year for the annual Easter Jeep Safari, but unfortunately this year's event stayed a little too true to its name. The Jeep JK Wranglers were out in full effect-in fact they probably made up well more than half the 4x4s in Moab that week. And, in nine straight years of heading to Moab, this was definitely the most empty we've seen it. We dearly missed seeing the fullsize off-road toys that we used to see more of; but the poor fullsize guys either did not have the funds or the time off to make it to Moab this year. We hope to see them back next year. Nevertheless, Moab was a great time to be had, as always! And the major bonuses of fewer people coming into town are cheaper hotels, shorter lines to wait in, and more open trails to hit up. If anything, the lack of crowds should be all the more reason for you to join us in Moab next year for the week before Easter Sunday. We'll see you out there! Which red Dodge won the jump contest? Okay, in my defense, I already had a bent front axle and I was driving mine back home to California...Dangit, I hate losing.Which red Dodge won the jump contest? Yes, that's a radioactive warning on the side of those boxcars. The leftover tailings from the uranium that used to be mined throughout Moab seem to have been a little too close to the Colorado River, so apparently we're gonna go dump our trash somewhere else.In case you were in Moab and didn't notice that train running in and out of town, we took By Jerrod Jones Enjoyed this Post?
