Most Diverse Off-Roading on Earth Moab 2009

Too bad The Juice's off-roading week was cut short. The 140,000 mile transmission didn't seem to like being hammered at 60-70mph through the dirt. Imagine that.

This is another one of the Chrysler guys' cool creations called the Lower Forty. It's a JK on 40-inch Baja Claws with no suspension lift. They also gave it a chopped look by lowering the rollcage and integrating it into the windshield frame.

The guys at Chrysler come out every year and always bring some really cool projects. This fullsize Cherokee Chief was completely restored with absolutely flawless interior, and had a 6.1L Hemi engine sitting under the hood.

We even got The Juice fired up and ripping around some of the roads outside of town.

Yeeha! So maybe independent suspension doesn't work so bad on rocks after all... as long as you've got all four wheels being powered.

We're still not exactly sure what Syntek does to your fuel, but we really just wanted to meet the girl behind the bottle.

You know what's fun to do to your friends when they're standing next to a 1000-foot cliff? Push them.

Man, this thing looks like one of those Stomper toys with the super oversize tires. There was obviously a fair amount of cutting going on, but we looked closely and there were no signs of those 49-inch Iroks rubbing anywhere on the body.

Today, we learned that short wheelbases and the Escalator obstacle on the Hell's Revenge trail don't mix. We actually already knew that but we had to give it a try anyways. That's why we wear fullface helmets and never stick our arms out.

The guys at Burnsville Off Road did a great job of seamlessly meshing the steel fenders into the body of this JK. This JK has a 6.4L Hemi under the hood since that's what Burnsville specializes in.
