Drive Trophy Lite 200

It is true! A new sanctioning body has joined the ranks of the off-road racing elite. The new series is called the Drive Off-Road Racing series. Drive will be holding six events in the Plaster City OHV near San Diego California. The first race of the season was the Trophy Lite 200 and commanded a pretty sizeable entry list for their first race ever. We look forward to a great year with Drive!

Score Laughlin Desert Challenge January 22nd-25th 2009The 2009 SCORE racing series kicked off with a bang in late January with the 15th Annual SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge! The Laughlin Desert Challenge is a nearly week long event starting with the famous Laughlin Leap on Thursday night, pre-running and Trophy Truck qualifying on Friday, and two exciting days of racing on Saturday and Sunday. The season started off on the right foot as Larry Roeseler set a new record for the Laughlin Leap of 161 feet, 6 inches by launching off the lip at an astonishing 97mph. This is going to be a great year!

The Mojave Desert Racing California Championship Series kicked off their 2009 season on February 7th in Barstow California with the Wild Wash 250. The 42-mile course proved challenging for the twenty people that showed up to race as only seven of them would see the checkered flag wave.
