Lucerne Desert Night Race - MDR After Dark
Matt Torian knows the meaning of starting from scratch. During a race in a neighboring desert valley, Matt's truck was running poorly. Still wanting to put on a good show for the fans, Matt launched Number 1481 hard off of a short, steep jump known as The Wall. When the Ranger slammed back into terra-very-firma, the fans had indeed been treated to a big-time air demonstration. The Ranger, however, sustained heavy damage. Matt stripped the good parts off of the injured chassis and applied them to a new frame and cab. After many months of late-night fabrication, Number 1481 was reborn and ready to run again in the Prerunner class. View Related Article
